Program 19-7-6: Guilty for everyone
A big heart that takes other people’s mistakes upon itself: the point is to help without disappearing and to answer only for your own actions.

Program 19-7-6: Guilty for everyone at a glance
Leaving a situation that was stifling them taught this person something, and they let others benefit from it. They have a sense of the collective, readily defend a group, and choose brighter relationships when they allow themselves to. Their energy, freed from guilt, becomes contagious.
You take on what no one asked for: the forgotten task, other people’s quarrel, the atmosphere to repair. Then you wait for a thank you that is slow to come, and those around you get used to it. Becoming the scapegoat of the department or the siblings is a real risk. The guideline: is this task truly yours, or just the one nobody wants?

What this program carries
According to the method, this program gives the strength to leave a codependent relationship.
Its strengths
Afterward, the person can choose someone luminous, with a rare charm, the opposite of the previous partner, and build a harmonious home with them. They help others recover from destructive bonds and can defend a group when a written mandate backs them, even making it a profession. Free of imposed patterns, they live their emotions and release their physical tensions.
Where it can get stuck
On its dark side, the person fears answering for their own failures but readily carries those of others. Their view of the world is sacrificial: without them, they think, no one would get by. They take on tasks and obligations no one has entrusted to them, with nothing in return, then hope for a thank-you that never comes; people end up using them instead. Having become a scapegoat, they take on the blame and pay for damage they did not cause. They stay on the margins of teams, where they are not taken very seriously. According to the method, fertility may suffer, as if the unconscious refused to offer this life to a child.
What helps
Stop living in place of others: everyone goes through their own trials to draw the lesson themselves, and help that is imposed is no gift. Before acting, ask yourself whether the task is yours or whether you were really asked. Take your life in hand as an adult, failures included. Work on the beliefs that put you down and on the tension lodged in the body, with a psychologist or a body-based practice. Defend your own interests, and other people’s only at their request, keeping written records or proof of what you do. Finally, allow yourself joy and rest without apologizing for them.
In everyday life
The family meal turns sour.
Someone throws a reproach into the air, and you are the one who apologizes, changes the subject, serves the coffee. On the way home, you have no energy left, and no one acknowledged anything. Next time, let the silence do its work and stay in your place, calmly. Then spend your evening on an activity that recharges you, with no need to justify it.
A symbolic reading of the Destiny Matrix: food for thought about yourself, never a verdict or an established fact.

How is it calculated?
First calculate all the points of the matrix, then look at each line of three points.
Fictional example, March 14, 1987: the finance line brings together points c1 = 10, x2 = 11, and x = 19. These three numbers form program 10-11-19, “Burnout, flare-up.” Order does not matter: 19, 10, and 11 would give the same one. The karmic tail is not part of this search; it has its own reading. In all, this date carries nine programs, including 17-22-5 for the talents of the paternal line and 20-3-10 for the maternal line.
Frequently asked questions: program 19-7-6: Guilty for everyone
Why do I feel responsible for everything?
It is a habit learned early: being the person who fixes things so that peace returns. It gives the feeling of being useful, and therefore worthy of love. To undo it, practice saying “this doesn’t concern me” in small situations, then in bigger ones. Guilt drops when you see that others know how to manage their own affairs.
How do I refuse a task that isn’t mine?
Ask two questions before acting: was I asked to do it? Do I have the time and the wish to take it on? If either answer is no, say so simply, offer another date, or point to the right person. Help that is chosen remains a gift; help that is imposed becomes a debt no one signed.
Can this program lighten up?
Yes, as soon as you stop carrying what does not belong to you. Many notice it after a job change or leaving the family home: roles are redistributed and the lesson becomes visible. At work, keeping a written record of your actual duties also protects you the day a fault is assigned to you.
