When it goes off balance
When the 5 tightens up, the rule takes the place of the person.
You correct the spelling of a message instead of reading what it says, you remind everyone at the table how things should be done, you cite your experience to close a debate. Unsolicited advice multiplies, and so do reproaches, and those around you end up falling silent in your presence. Some shut themselves into a dogma, religious, political, or dietary, and look down on those who think differently; others demand from loved ones a punctuality and rigor that they do not always apply to themselves. The 5 can also tip into rejection: abandoned training programs, chronic lateness, paperwork left pending, fines, open conflict with a superior or with the father. These drifts often arise after a humiliation at school, an authority felt to be unjust, or the fear of seeing someone younger take your place.
