Sagittarius Sun, Scorpio rising: the meaning
November precedes December: the sting and the Archer are adjacent, hence without sight of each other according to the Greeks.
Fixed water and mutable fire: the first digs, the second takes flight. Ares, flanked by Pluto among the moderns, holds the east; Zeus, the core. First, a dense reserve: much observation, few words, then an unexpected and very apt question about what you have just told. The ice then breaks, often with a burst of laughter.
Second house for the Sun: earnings, possessions, subsistence. Money, for them, circulates with daring: invested in projects that have meaning, spent on trips, given to dear causes. They may earn a lot and spend just as much, with a trust that the most cautious people around them sometimes find excessive.
The flip side lies in the contrast between front and core. Scorpio protects itself, Sagittarius says everything: the person goes from mistrust to confiding, from silence to blunt frankness, and throws loved ones off. They may also live their convictions with an intensity that tolerates no doubt. Taurus, in the west, would advocate stability and simplicity. This contrast is also part of their charm, and their friends appreciate it.
