Aquarius Sun, Taurus rising: the meaning
The Taurus of May and the Aquarius of February are two fixed signs, earth on one side, air on the other, and their aspect is a square.
Venus holds the rising sign, Saturn the Sun sign, to which the moderns add Uranus. In this person, the first impression is one of calm: a warm handshake, a well-chosen dish at the restaurant, a laugh that takes its time. You do not yet suspect the bold ideas they will defend at dessert.
At noon, the Sun culminates in the 10th house, that of career, public action, and reputation. This combination wants to leave a concrete trace of its convictions: an agricultural cooperative that works, a neighborhood renovated on ecological principles, a company that treats its employees well. They know that ideas are worth only what they achieve, and they accept the long time needed to carry them through.
The square between two fixed signs shows up as doubled stubbornness. Neither the clod nor the breeze gives way: a quarrel over method can drag on, each camp entrenched. The person may also swing between a taste for comfort and a refusal of convention. The sting, at the setting point, would push them to let themselves be changed by burning encounters.
