At this moment of the year, the planet discovered by Herschel passes closest to Earth, barely visible to the naked eye on a very dark night, and retrograde.
This meeting comes back every year, at about the same season for several years running. A person born at this time lives the polarity between their identity and the Uranian principle of freedom and the unexpected. The signs involved answer each other: a Sun in Leo facing a Uranus in Aquarius would set personal assertion against the collective ideal.
This face-to-face often plays out in relationships. Uranus then takes the form of independent, original, sometimes elusive partners, or the person lives bonds in which the unexpected comes from the other: a transfer, a departure, a sudden decision.
