For 2025, that mood is the 9’s. On the scale from 1 to 9, it is the last: you no longer start anything, you look at what has been done. Habits that were running out of steam, forgotten subscriptions, boxes never opened, commitments made out of politeness: all of it comes back to the surface when the 9 rules the year.
The 9 combines completion with openness to others. It likes gestures that go beyond immediate interest : passing on a skill, mentoring a younger person, giving time to a charity, handing over a responsibility. So 2025 can be reread as a year of handing over, in which many things reached their conclusion, whether chosen or imposed.
The year lent itself better to tidying up than to big launches. A move that was prepared, a file closed, a team parting on good terms, a project dropped without regret: all typical scenes of a 9 year. Those who wanted to start everything over from scratch often felt resistance, as if the momentum was still missing.
