From October 12 to October 18: according to tradition, the Sun puts the emphasis on career, reputation, and your place in the world.
At the top of the solar sky, the Sun highlights vocation and the place you hold. It is associated with a need for recognition and more visible responsibilities, to be taken on with moderation.
Pluto stations and turns direct on October 16 at 4:23 AM, in Aquarius, in your 2nd solar house.
Pluto resumes its forward march: what was turned over in depth becomes visible again, according to tradition.
A slow theme of a generation, with no immediate link to a specific day.
Venus is in your 11th solar house (friendships and projects).
On the feelings side, the house of friendships is a reminder that a lasting bond is often also a complicity.
It might lead to a meeting within a circle of friends, or to turning a friendship into something more.
Venus is in Scorpio (retrograde), in your 11th solar house (friendships and projects), sextile your sign.
Venus among friends: a warm circle, projects shared with pleasure, group outings. The period might bring conviviality to the fore.
Mercury is in your 11th solar house (friendships and projects).
At work, the house of collective projects favors teams, networks, and shared causes.
Tradition would see a good moment to team up, share an idea, or ask a group for support.
Mercury is in Scorpio, in your 11th solar house (friendships and projects), sextile your sign.
Mercury among friends and projects: networks, discussion groups, shared ideas. The period might multiply contacts, with a wish to compare opinions before choosing.
Mars is in your 8th solar house (sharing and transformations).
For paperwork, the house of shared matters concerns joint errands: bills, insurance, taxes, papers to settle.
Tradition would read a period well suited to administration and accounts to clarify.
Mars is in Leo, in your 8th solar house (sharing and transformations), making no aspect to your sign.
Mars in shared matters awakens the stakes of joint money and intimacy. Tradition would read intense desires, power dynamics to name rather than endure.
A conditional reading of the real sky, with no prediction: read it with some distance. Why?
Positions at midweek; dates and times in Paris, to the minute. The Moon changes sign about every two and a half days.
For Capricorn, the week would put forward patient ambition and responsibilities.
The week is read through the Sun, the fast planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars), sign changes, stations, and lunations. The engine calculates their real positions, then arranges them in your solar chart, where your sign takes the 1st house. If a new moon or a full moon falls within the period, it is put forward; otherwise, it is a station or a planet’s entry into a new sign. The texts are written from tradition, in the conditional, and ignore the rising sign as much as the birth time.
The astronomical engine sets the positions of the Sun and the planets for the seven days, finds the lunations, stations, and sign changes, then places them counting from the sign Capricorn. The texts that go with each fact are traditional readings, never certainties.
That the planet is crossing the sign corresponding to that house, counted from your sign. Mars in the 10th house means, for example, Mars in the tenth sign from yours, read through vocation. It is a simplified reading, useful for an overview, which does not replace a personal chart.
It applies first to the Sun sign. Your rising sign shifts the numbering of the houses: a planet in the 5th solar house may fall in the 6th or 4th actual house. Reading the page for your rising sign, or having your chart calculated, gives a picture closer to your own case.
No, and each sentence reminds you of it through its conditional. The week describes a climate drawn from the real sky: a lunation, a planet’s passage, a retrograde. What you do with it, and what actually happens, depends on many things besides the stars.
