The volume of work can swell very quickly, between the home, loved ones, and your career, and the temptation to take everything on without help is never far away. Relationships with the women around you (mother, sister, daughter, colleague) could gain in importance, whether to grow strained or to be repaired. Your role during these years: organizing, nourishing, making things prosper, and sharing. You may be asked to help a loved one get settled, to take on a supervisory responsibility, or to manage an inheritance or a family budget. Areas where this may play out: finances, the home, motherhood or fatherhood, creation, the relationship with the mother, appearance, teamwork, land and garden. Practical advice: delegate as soon as the load grows rather than at the point of exhaustion; set a budget for comfort purchases; devote half a day each week to a creative activity (cooking, sewing, painting, or gardening) with no goal of output; soften your requests at home, particularly when fatigue makes your tone sharper.
