11th house in Aries: the meaning
A relay race organized for a nonprofit, a climbing club, a team put together in three days for a competition: that is where, the manuals say, this 11th house would find your friends.
Aries does not like lukewarm ties. You prefer comrades who speak plainly, with whom you can argue in the evening and set off again the next day. You would often be the first to propose an idea to the group and get it moving, even if it means leaving it to others to make it last. Your hopes would take the form of concrete challenges rather than distant dreams.
Mars, ruler of Aries, holds the reins of this sector. Depending on the house it occupies, friendly energy is spent elsewhere: Mars in the 10th house, friends would become career allies; in the 3rd, accomplices from the neighborhood or from among siblings; in the 7th, the associate or partner would first be a comrade. Exalted in Capricorn, it would give very organized collective projects; in Cancer, its sign of fall, more emotional and touchy friendships. If Jupiter is in this house, it is in its joy there and would soften the Martian drive.
The downside would lie in impatience. A project bogged down in meetings, a friend slow to answer, a collective that votes instead of acting: all of this would quickly irritate you. Opposite, the 5th house in Libra is a reminder that pleasure matters too, the beauty of a shared moment with no goal. Learning to let others speak before charging ahead would make the group sturdier.
