Make your own custom pendulum chart
Build a pendulum chart with your own labels, two to twelve sectors, to use on screen or print on A4.
Your words stay on this page: nothing is sent or saved.
Tap the sector the pendulum points to.

Nothing leaves your browser
Everything happens in your browser: your labels are not sent, not saved, and not placed in the page address. Close the tab and the chart disappears; print it or save it as a PDF to keep it.
How does it work?
The drawing follows the same rule as the site’s charts: equal sectors, divided from the starting point, with a label centered in each. Beyond six sectors, the words are placed along the rays to stay readable. Keep labels short, of the same kind, and mutually exclusive: “yes, maybe, soon” reads poorly; “write, walk, read” reads well, because each sector names a distinct action.
Make your own chart: your questions
How many sectors should you plan?
Between four and eight to begin: enough to add nuance, few enough that each sector stays wide under the pendulum. Two sectors are enough to choose between two options; twelve suit a longer list, as long as you keep the words very short, about ten letters at most.
Can I print my chart?
Yes: the “Print” button opens your browser’s print dialog with the chart alone, at 180 mm, on one A4 page. Choose “actual size” or “100%,” then check the 50 mm control segment. The same window also lets you save the chart as a PDF.
Blind tests have done no better than chance: the movement is thought to come from small involuntary movements of the hand. Never ask a pendulum a question about health, money, or the law: see a professional.
