Moon square Uranus: the meaning
A person who changes apartments every two years, who cancels a dinner at the last minute because they feel stifled, who feels both deeply attached to their family and unable to stay with them more than two days: the Moon-Uranus square has this electricity.
The Moon passes twice a month at a right angle to the planet of the unexpected, for about a day and a half. A Moon in Taurus and a Uranus in Aquarius, for example, would set a need for concrete stability against an urge for change.
They have often known, or believed they knew, instability in the home they came from: a childhood split between two houses, an often-absent parent, repeated moves, an unpredictable atmosphere. They keep from it a remarkable ability to adapt and a wariness of ties that are too tight. Their emotions surface fast and leave just as fast. Movement, novelty, and space are vital to them; an overly regulated existence oppresses them to the point of irritability.
The main risk is the preemptive break. Leaving before being left, upsetting what works, provoking a change to relieve an inner tension: Uranus in square can make emotional life chaotic. Astrologers advise regularly arranging chosen spaces of freedom, a trip, a personal activity, an evening alone, so that the need for air does not turn into flight.
