Maturity 2 finds its place in liaison roles.
You are asked to welcome a newcomer, to pass information between two teams, or to rephrase an instruction that was poorly understood. Deputy, coordination, or customer relations posts suit you well, because trust there moves files forward. A steady partner makes you more effective than a mission carried out alone. Take care, though, to sign what you produce: a report, an idea picked up in committee, a compromise reached thanks to you deserve to be tied to your name.
